A bunch of us from the Hamlin Dog Park took a field trip out to Prairie Wolf which is a fenced 40acre off leash dog area. It's basically a huge forest preserve that welcomes people to bring their pets to run around in the woods and is absolutely gorgeous. Reminded me a lot of being back home as a kid with my two black labs out by the creek. The dogs had a blast and we had delicious potato soup to stay warm at the end of the day. Oh how I love a crock pot.
